Terms of Service

The Lsany Courses at lsany.ae are operated by:

References to “Lsany”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in these Terms mean LSANY PORTAL.

By creating an account or purchasing or using the Courses, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or at least 13 and using the Courses with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Lsany Kids is the exception: it is bought by an adult for children in their care, who use it under that adult’s account and supervision on the terms in Section 6
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or have a parent or legal guardian who does and who agrees to these Terms on your behalf
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

A Lsany account always belongs to an adult. Lsany Kids is bought by a parent or legal guardian and used by children under their account and their supervision; a child never holds an account, a password or a login of their own. See section 6 below.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Courses.

To access a Course you have purchased, you need a Lsany account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

Course access is personal to you. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or your access to a Course, except where team seats are provided under a business plan (see Section 7).

The Lsany Courses teach Emirati Arabic through structured interactive lessons, scenarios, listening and speaking practice, e-books, a searchable Library, and AI-powered tools such as roleplay, Saqr Calls, and pronunciation feedback.

When you buy a Course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use that Course for your own language learning. Depending on the web-course plan you buy, access may include additional tools, e-books, Library access, AI Suite practice, and standard Emirati at Work tracks. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of the Courses or their content
• Resell, sublicense, or share access, accounts, or seats except as expressly permitted under a team plan
• Publicly post, upload, stream, or otherwise make available any Course content, in whole or in part, including on file-sharing sites, social media, or messaging groups
• Record, screen-capture, or re-host video lessons or audio recordings for distribution to others
• Abuse, manipulate, or exploit AI-powered features for purposes unrelated to language learning
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or other learners’ experience

Any materials you download, such as e-books and PDFs, are licensed to you for your own personal use only. They remain our property, are not sold to you, and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. If your access to a Course ends for any reason, you must stop using and delete any copies you have downloaded.

AI features are educational practice tools. They do not provide legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other professional advice, and they do not replace your organization’s approved policy or a qualified professional. Report any language or product issue to us so it can be reviewed.

The Lsany Courses are paid products. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Individual web-course purchases. Where a consumer plan is advertised as a one-time purchase, there is no recurring charge. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Lsany continues to operate that Course, subject to these Terms and any clearly disclosed plan limits.
• Price and currency. Prices are shown on the site and at checkout in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; a change does not affect a purchase you have already completed.
• Payment processing. Card payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. We do not collect or store your full card details. Your payment is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Receipt. You will receive an order confirmation and a receipt for each completed purchase.
• Access after payment. Access to a paid Course requires a Lsany account and a valid entitlement created by your completed purchase, or a seat assigned to you under a team plan.
• Team and business plans. Business pricing, seat quantity, term, included tracks, customization, onboarding, and payment schedule are set out in the applicable order form or proposal. The purchasing organization is responsible for assigning, managing, and reassigning seats and administrator roles.
• Refunds. Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Lsany Kids is sold to a parent or legal guardian, for use by children in their care. These terms apply to it in addition to the rest of this document.

• You buy it, and the account is yours. A child does not hold a Lsany account, a password or a login. One purchase covers up to three children, who exist as profiles inside your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, as set out in Section 3.
• You confirm you are the parent or guardian. At checkout you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the children you are setting up, and you consent to us holding the small amount of information about them described in our Privacy Policy. We record that consent with the date and the policy version. Do not buy Lsany Kids for a child who is not in your care.
• What we hold about a child, and what we never ask for. A first name or nickname you type, a colour, which profile they are, which lessons they have finished and which words they found hard. Never a date of birth, an age, a school, a photograph, an address, a phone number or an email address for a child. The complete list is in the Privacy Policy.
• You can withdraw consent at any time. Removing a child from your account deletes their profile and all of their progress immediately, and withdrawing consent removes all three children. Doing so does not entitle you to a refund outside our Refund & Return Policy.
• Voice and camera. Where a child speaks to Lsany Kids or points a camera at something to have it named, what is captured is used to answer that moment and is then discarded. We do not store recordings of a child’s voice or photographs from their camera.
• No advertising, and nothing to buy inside it. Lsany Kids carries no advertising, no third-party analytics or marketing trackers on any screen a child can reach, no in-app purchases and no in-app currency.
• No other users. Lsany Kids has no chat, comments, uploads, sharing, friends or leaderboards. A child cannot see content written by another person.
• Supervision. Lsany Kids is a learning product and not a substitute for your supervision. You decide when and for how long your children use it.

We handle children’s information in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2025 on Child Digital Safety and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. If something in Lsany Kids concerns you, email info@lsany.ae and a person reads it.

When using the Courses, you must not:

• Scrape, harvest, or extract content or data from the Services through automated means
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials or Course access to another person
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or expose system prompts, AI configurations, or backend logic
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or code designed to harm the Services or other learners
• Harass, abuse, or harm other learners or our team
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security features, usage limits, or access controls

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account and access, subject to applicable law, as described in Section 14 (Suspension, Termination & Enforcement).

All content in the Courses, including but not limited to lessons, videos, workbooks and e-books, audio recordings, illustrations, the vocabulary library, user interface design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lsany or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Course content
• Audio recordings you submit for pronunciation practice are licensed to us solely for the purpose of providing the speech analysis feature, and are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We do not claim ownership of your recordings

The Courses are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lsany disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Guarantees of achieving any specific level of language fluency or proficiency

Lsany is a language learning product designed to support your education. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and prior knowledge.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lsany and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Service interruption or device damage
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for the Course giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or AED 100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction that cannot be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or the Courses shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide an appropriate notice for material changes. A change will not retroactively reduce a paid entitlement or override mandatory rights, and we will seek a new agreement where applicable law requires it.

The licence we grant you is conditional on your compliance with these Terms. If you breach them, or if we reasonably believe you have, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

• Suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke your access to the Courses
• Withhold or cancel any refund, and retain payments already made, to the extent permitted by law
• Require you to immediately stop using and delete any downloaded or copied Course content in your possession

Serious breaches include, without limitation, copying, sharing, reselling, publicly posting, or redistributing Course content; sharing account credentials or access; or attempting to circumvent access controls or usage limits.

Our Courses and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is unlawful. We reserve the right to pursue all remedies available to us, including seeking the removal of infringing copies, injunctive relief, and the recovery of damages and legal costs. If you become aware of infringing copies of our content, please report them to admin@lsany.ae.

The sections of these Terms relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive any suspension or termination of your access.
