We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

After account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Lsany is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@lsany.ae. We will take steps to delete such information from our systems.

For users between 13-17, we recommend parental supervision when using the App.

Upon deletion, all your personal data, learning progress, and history will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.
